Hosting prices are USD. The flexible plan is $3 per active month, never $3 per transaction. The annual plan covers all 12 months for $12 total. Converted display prices are estimates.
Before you get started
How does flexible billing work?
We issue one $3 hosting invoice after your store receives its first completed Bitcoin payment in a calendar month, measured in UTC. Further payments in that month add nothing to your hosting bill. Inactive months cost $0. Creating an invoice, letting it expire without payment, or manually marking it paid does not trigger a charge. Only a confirmed Bitcoin payment does.
Which plan should I choose?
Flexible hosting suits occasional payments. If you expect Bitcoin payments most months, the $12 annual plan covers the whole year for the equivalent of $1/month, paid upfront. Both plans include the same hosting; the annual plan has no activity charges.
Am I paying for BTCPay software?
BTCPay Server is open-source software. Your SantoHost subscription pays for managed hosting, maintenance, and account access.
Does this plan include Lightning payments?
This instance currently supports on-chain Bitcoin payments only. Lightning payments are not included.
Do I get my own dedicated server?
You receive one customer account and one store on our managed BTCPay Server instance. This is shared managed hosting, rather than a dedicated server.
Does SantoHost touch my Bitcoin or take a cut?
Never. Your customer sends Bitcoin directly to your wallet. SantoHost does not receive or hold your funds, take a percentage, or charge Bitcoin payment processing fees. You pay us only for your hosting subscription.
Are there any Bitcoin fees?
SantoHost charges no Bitcoin transaction or payment processing fees. Standard Bitcoin network fees are separate and go to the network, not SantoHost.
